Western Provincial Councillor Shanmuganathan Kuhavardhan who was arrested for allegedly defrauding cheques amounting to Rs.72 million, today accused Democratic People's Front (DPF) leader and Minister Mano Ganesan of taking political revenge and trying to destroy his political carrier.
