COLOMBO (News 1st) – The Department of Meteorology states that Polonnaruwa, Mannar, Vavuniya and Mulativu districts in the Eastern province will experience an extreme heat condition. The department noted that the residents living in those areas will have to take special caution by remaining hydrated as much as possible and avoid engaging in strenuous activities.
