COLOMBO (News 1st): Registrar General Chathura Vithanage states that over 10,000 married couples have not yet registered their marriages. Most cases have been reported from Nuwara Eliya and Colombo. The registrar general further states that this leads to countless complications including difficulties when entering children to schools.
