COLOMBO (News 1st) – Non-Cabinet Minister Dr Harsha De Silva said on twitter that re-exporting of the garbage is not sufficient and added that the perpetrators must be brought to justice. Dr Harsha de Silva said that he will also extend his support to abolish the gazette notification that facilitates such illegal businesses.
