COLOMBO (News 1st): A 63-year-old person has been arrested with 203 kg of Kerala ganja valued at over Rs. 20 million while being transported in a lorry along the Medawachchiya road in Mannar. The arrested individual is reportedly a resident of Adappan, Pallai.
