COLOMBO (News 1st) – Two were arrested in Pesalai sea while transporting Aloe vera plants without permits in a Navy search operation. The Aloe vera weighing around 618kg was discovered inside 22 sacks on dinghy boat. The two suspects who are residents of Pesalai, Mannar were handed over to the Silawathura Forest Conservation office.
