Colombo (News 1st): Balapitiya High Court yesterday (October 18) sentenced a person to death for the possession of heroin and cannabis. The suspect is a 34-year-old, resident of Ambalangoda According to the police on January 30, 2016, the suspect was arrested with 20.876 kilograms of heroin and 1.1 kilograms of cannabis.
