Colombo (News 1st): IGP Pujith Jayasundara, who is currently on compulsory leave has been arrested by the Criminal Investigations Department. Police Media Spokesperson SP Ruwan Gunasekara said he has been arrested on charges of threatening the elevator operator at Police Headquarters in 2017. He is due to be produced before the court.
