COLOMBO(News 1st) – Brigadier Suresh Sallay has been appointed as the Head of State Intelligence. This is the first time in Sri Lankan history where a Sri Lanka Army personnel had been appointed as the Head of State Intelligence. His predecessor, Senior DIG Nilantha Jayawardana was attached to the Police Headquarters.
