Colombo (News 1st): DIG Nuwan Wedhasinghe has been appointed as the new DIG in charge of the Criminal Investigations Department following National Police Commission approval. DIG Nuwan Wedhasinghe was previously the DIG in charge of Galle, Ampara, and Batticaloa.
