Colombo (News 1st): A Russian couple has been arrested while in possession of narcotics in Wellakka, Weligama. The Police noted that 4g of Cocaine, narcotic pills, and foreign cigarettes were in their possession. The suspects will be produced before the Matara Magistrate Court today (January 3).
