13 mangrove eco-systems to be declared as reserves

COLOMBO (News 1st):- The Wildlife Conservation Department states that 13 mangrove ecosystems are due to be declared as reserves. Director-General of Forest Conservation, W. A. C. Weragoda says that this endeavour is part of the project to expand the Sri Lankan mangrove eco-system by another 10,000 hectares.
