COLOMBO (News 1st):- Addressing an event to cultivate fallow paddy lands in Kalutara, State Minister of Agriculture Vidura Wickramanayaka commented on the prevailing shortage of fertilizer for farmers in many parts of the country. He said that the existing shortage would be resolved by next week.
