COLOMBO (News 1st):- Two suspects have been arrested for the possession of a haul of Kerala ganja valued at over Rs. 240 million in the sea area of Mannar. The Navy Media Spokesperson, Isuru Sooriyabandara says that 120kg of Kerala ganja has been seized along with a boat.
