Colombo (News 1st); Sri Lanka’s confirmed COVID-19 cases soared past 500 today as 45 people tested positive for the virus on Sunday alone. The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Sri Lanka is now at 505. There are 378 active cases and 273 people under medical observation.
