61 mobile phones, 51 SIM cards, 71 batteries, 30 chargers & 16 grams of heroin were seized during the special raid conducted at the Negombo Prison. The raid was carried with the assistance of intelligence officers, Acting Commissioner General of Prisons Thushara Upuldeniya said.
