Colombo (News 1st); A Chief Police Inspector attached to the Ampara Police Division was arrested by the Colombo Crimes Division on Monday (13). Police Spokesperson SSP Jaliya Senaratne speaking to News 1st said the Chief Inspector was arrested for concealing evidence regarding the 2019 explosion which took place in Sainthamaruthu, in the Eastern Province.
