COLOMBO (News1st): Three Buddhist theros have informed President Gotabaya Rajapaksa that the 20th amendment creates an arbitrary executive and a weak cabinet. This had been informed to the President by Ven. Bangamuwe Nalaka Thero, Ven. Muruththettuwe Ananda Thero, and Ven. Elle Gunawansa thero. (Updates to follow)
