COLOMBO (News1st): Former defence secretary Hemasiri Fernando has admitted that the previous government including him must bear responsibility for last year’s April 21st attacks. He made these remarks at the presidential commission probing the bombings on Thursday. The former defence secretary is due to continue giving evidence before the presidential commission on Friday as well.
