COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka’s Met Department issued a strong wind advisory for all provinces as a result of the low pressure area over south east Arabian Sea developing into a depression. The impact of this system, on weather over the island is expected to reduce gradually from Saturday (17) added.
