COLOMBO (News 1st); The Sri Lanka Air Force said a Bell 412 Helicopter was deployed to observe the flood-affected Minuwangoda, Gampaha, Ratnapura, Kiriella, Bulathsinhala, and Horana areas on Friday (02).
