COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka recorded a total of 3,839 COVID-19 infections on Friday (20), said the Department of Government Information. 04 of these cases were those who tested positive after returning from overseas and the other 3,835 were from the Post-Avurudu Cluster.
