COLOMBO (News 1st) ; Four million doses of the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine procured by Sri Lanka reached the island early on Sunday (5). State Minister Professor Channa Jayasumana said this is the largest quantity of a vaccine that Sri Lanka has been able to procure in one consignment.
