COLOMBO (News 1st): The Deputy Director-General of Public Health Services, Dr. Hemantha Herath says that the youth is deliberately being misled due to misconceptions about vaccines. The Deputy Director General mentioned that a lack of participation of youth to obtain the vaccine has been noted, and cited that opinions or misconceptions could be the reasons.
