COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka Police arrested three people from Negombo for the illegal possession of 223 Stat Tortoises. Two of the suspects are Indians and the other is a resident from Mulleriyawa. Sri Lanka Police said the trio was arrested when they were preparing to transport the Star Tortoises from a building in Negombo.
