COLOMBO (News 1st); The OIC of Gandara Police had been arrested over allegations of sexual misconduct. Police said that the OIC was arrested on suspicion of attempting to molest a female Police Constable. The suspect has been arrested following an investigation into a complaint received regarding the incident.
