COLOMBO (News 1st); The General Manager of Sri Lanka Railways said that train operations from Fort, Colombo will likely be delayed due to the island-wide power cut. At present, an island-wide power cut is being experienced and this has resulted in water cut to Colombo and suburbs as well.
