Agarwood worth Rs. 3.6 million seized at BIA

Colombo (News 1st): A Sri Lankan passenger has been arrested by the Sri Lanka Customs at the Bandaranaike International Airport for attempting to smuggle Agarwood to Dubai. The suspect is a 36-year-old resident of Maravila, Chilaw. Customs seized 22.150 kilograms of Agarwood which is worth over Rs. 3.6 million.
